The building pictured above is another example of biomimicry, which I am very interested in. This building in Harare, Zimbabwe shows how we can take natures strategies and incorporate them into architecture. I like how they took the ideas of termites because they maintain the temperature inside their nest to within one degree, day and night. This office building uses 90% less energy than conventional buildings its size.
